Just bought $500 worth of parts from Rock Auto last month for my engine swap and bbk. Fast shipping and quality parts.

I bought from this company several times already. They have good prices and often offer nice $5 discounts compared with other auto retailers.

Ordered Moog Problem Solver rear sway bar endlinks last wk, and it was fast shipping, so that was good.

However, one of the endlinks in the box wasn't sealed in the plastic bag. Both of the boxes were Moog's Problem Solver w/ RockAuto's barcode sticker on it, but the box of the unsealed endlink's barcode sticker didn't say Problem Solver. (The other one's sticker said Problem Solver.)

It was obvious that the piece was opened and handled by someone prior to its shipping. But the piece "looked fine", like the other one sealed in the bag.

They seemed to beat most of other online stores' price, but there's always a reasons for being cheap, aka "YGWYPF". If getting parts cheaper at RockAuto is by a mere difference in price, I would just buy from somewhere else in the future..

"Shipping" is good, but can't be expecting their "handling" to be as good as shipping. Just my review and impression I got as a first-time customer of RA.
