when i got my 17 inch wheels i got 205/45/17 and that left me with a wheel gap,

then i got 205/50/17 and i love it wheel gap almost to NONE...but i was thinking maybe i should go wider...like a 225/45/17 but is that gonna leave me with a wheel gap? cause like i said the 205/50/17 are my favorit by far.

so what are your thoughts?

I've been using 215/45/17 and they are a pretty good size. I want to try out some 225/45/17s next, they perform a lot better from what I hear.

I've run both 215/45's and 225/45's on my 17's. I have some minor rubbing issues with the 225's, but they do fill the gap a bit better.
