I have the motor in and it has set for a couple days waiting for me to find a downpipe and so I went to start it up today and the battery is dead...

6/2/13..... i went through all of the fuses under the hood and on both sides of the dash and i still have have a 12.5 volt draw.... any help on possible relays bad? I unhooked the ecu, starter, and alternator and i still have a 12.5 draw...so i unhooked the power wire to the under hood fuse box and the draw went away so thats why im thinking its a relay stuck on... fuel pump still turns on when i turn the key to the on position. Any help is greatly appriciated!!!

Are you still on obd2? If obd 1 find a chipped p28 and just run it on the h22/f20 basemap.

If it works on the stock ecu, the I'm sure the jdm f20b ecu os causing it.

Got it running! Just had to swap the pins on the plug to the ecu

Re: F20b installed but dead battery

you have a parasitic draw then.

setup your DMM to measure amps, start puling fuses and testing all of the circuits.
Eventually you'll find the one that's pulling current.
diagnose from there.
