Well i own a 99 ex accord 4 cylinder and i think my tranny is going pretty soon. It sucks but i love the car a lot and havent even had a chance to mod it yet.

What ECU is our car running?
Will a 4dr lip fit the 2dr coupe?

it has 126000 miles right now. the tranny is still great but i can hear the syncros. It's either me swapping it to five speed or sell the car and get another 6th gen. i bought the car for 3500 in hte beggining of the year and im the second owner thats why i dont want a loose it

Do auto's even have Syncros??

your auto doesnt have syncros, check to see if it is a remanufactured trans, if you had just bought it, maybe the person before had a trans put in for warranty, honda extended the warranty on autos for 109,000 miles, maybe they had one put in. Sometimes the remanufactured trans. will have a little whine to them more noticable than the original trans.
