that shifter has got to go.
although i was just at a little meet today and there was a gti with a ski handle made in an extended shifter.. looked kinda cool and well done.

It's not goin anywhere... Sorry that you guys dont like it but I do.... It's not for racing or anything but just simply to be different... You don't have to do it to your car but don't have to tell me that it's got to go....

I like the shifter it can use some TLC what r ur plans on dressin it up....dont get all up in ur feeling it just there "IMO"....

im not judging your taste, but i just dont see how that could be comfortable to drive. your shift throw is very long. but if you really wanna keep it, just have someone weld an extention, and then polish it, will look much nicer.

The throw is about stock now because I have a neuspeed short throw on it and it's really no difference in comfort in my opinion.... And yes I could have had someone weld on an extension or I could have went online and bought one for $10-$30 but I just wanted it to be different....
