Retarded air intake screw

Ok got an air intake trying to put it on my car, when I take a look at the screw to remove the stock intake from the manifold it's completely rusted and looks stripped. Just curious if the screw is a phillips head that's just stripped out and rusted or maybe I'm missing something to remove this. Thanks for your response.

You are pulling out the entire stock air intake system?

If so, I wouldn't worry too much about seized screws.

Quite the pain pull out the stock 6GA air intake system....not sure if you have a I4 or not.
