Ok, so couldn't find that pm, but I had purchased an HID kit from Levin(001Stunna) for my fogs, and it was an H1 kit.
Shahid can also confirm, although I don't think he has been on in awhile.

a girl I'm buying a car from has them on her prelude and I'll probably end up putting them on my car. So are they the same?

Yeah, I was about to say the same thing. Rare fogs as it is and would be even more surprised if a chick ended up finding them and getting them to work. Props to her if she did.
