painting inside of lights yellow

ok so i have seen some guys around here (usually with black house) that have yellow high beams.
-just wanted to know what kind of paint (something about glass...) you used to still keep the shine of the chrome coming through.

-i searched, but all i got was a mountain of threads where they may have mentioned it. and no the black house diy doesn't have it
-so if you can post the link or just strait up tell me,

Make sure when you're searching that you go to advance and select to look only in the tittle.

Painting the reflectors is all you need. Dont put anything on the bulb, you will burn it out fast. Even a finger print will cause a bulb to blow premature.
