i prolly couldnt even stand on a ball like that....no way do it and do squats.

im pretty sure that would be a tough exercise because it forces you to use a lot of muscles no usually worked in regular squats. uses "stabilizer" muscles. like doing bench with dumbbells rather than just a bar.

lol, what an idiot. Balancing on a ball while doing squats with wimpy loads does not do jack.

This guy is a moron, Extremely dangerous and while it does work your core. So Effn what. I wanna see him fall backwards and the bar land on his face..
