yeah there is 3-4 companies out there using my car as their model to show off the lip. I tried getting a few free lips since they are using my car to showcase their product, no luck. Its been up there for roughly 3 years now. Kinda flattering in a way. Its all good.

I dunno why the previous owner did that. THe hood latch is perfectly functional as far as I know. But, there is no hood on it to test that out. I know a lot of Galant guys remove the skeleton bracing on the underside of the hood to save a good amount of weight, thus requiring hood pins.
