When did you change your plugs...how many miles ago? Any oil in the spark plug tubes/on the boots? Did the plugs come out looking dark/scorched?
This sounds like a case of pistion ring oil blowby. Is there any oil inside or on your throttlebody/air intake hose/air filter? Hows the condition of your pcv valve? Have you had a chance to do that compression test?
