will a 2000 s2000 shift knob fit my 98' accord without any modifications

i am about to purchase a shift knob from a 2000 s2000 for my 98 accord stick, its the one with metal top and leather around it (6spd but i dont care).

Shift knobs are relatively universal as far as the threading, so I don't know why it wouldn't work. The only real difference would probably be the shift boot height because our cars need a giant one and the 2000 needs the scrap left over from making ours...
