Just hit 192k, trans has about 15k left on it before I replace with an auto, or do the infamous manual swap.

i'm about to hit 150k :lawl:. cel, service light, nice cloud of blue above 4k rpm at WOT :lawl:. everything is original i think. every time i try to replace it i **** up the other car somehow, i need to get something nice :lawl:. bought it in september 2010 with 130k, and in the almost 5 years ive almost put only 20k on it

You can buy a 2015 model car and it'll somehow find a way to break down :lawl: I think you just have bad luck with fords

Bought my 2002 from my sister in law has 235,000 miles stick motor and auto trans.

runs great 100 miles a day to work.

When you're burning oil, check the compression.

It may be nothing, Honda's rarely wear out. Most problems are due to oil &/or fuel problems.

A guy at work still drives his 1981 Civic. That he bought NEW!!! Out the back door of a bike dealer, because they didn't have many car dealers back then!

[edit] ALL STOCK 1981 Civic!!!
