Interchangeable Parts?

Alright, so I've been looking around and can't find anything really. Already used the search button the closest thread I could find for what I was looking for was about a 5th gen accord. What I need to know is what parts are interchangeable when doing a auto to manual conversion. I'm putting the h22 lsd tranny and the h22 engine into my 01 accord and need to know what parts I can get from other cars.

All I'm looking for is the auto to manual parts that are interchangeable.
Or would this part list work, but its for a 5th gen accord.

3. 5 speed shifter assembly w/ shifter cables (90-97 Accord, 92-96 Prelude)

5. 5 speed intermediate shaft (your year accord, but from 5-spd version)

Well basically it's a 5speed swap but for the H-series. I know there's one for a 5th gen, but couldn't find anything on the 6th gen.

Will the H22 intermediate shaft fit f23?

I don't think it does... but I would also like to know for sure cuz I have one and I wanna do my 5spd swap soon
