I think that's just the number for the remote needed for 98-02 Accords, Tommy. It becomes linked with your car only when you program it. That's my understanding anyway, because most of the remotes I found when I was looking for one all had that number/letter sequence I listed.

I got mine on eBay for about $6. It's really easy to program too.
