A question about trunk lids...

My trunk lid came with a huge dent in it, i've dealt with it until i ran across a wrecked 6th gen in the local scrap yard. The only thing is, the one i found is a 98-00, will it fit my 01?

it'll fit but your going to need the tail lights also if you have a sedan

i do have a sedan, but can i just take the lights off my old lid and put them on the new one? or are the lights on the 99 trunklid different than the 01

The inner pieces of the tails are different on the 98-00 and the 01-02. Finding them should be easy enough though, I think there are ones for sale on here that will work.
