is it the ceramic header? if so, those are known to crack. also, not to be mean, but i seriously doubt DC will do anything about it, especially since you got the product over 2 years ago.

yea they are a ceramic header so how would I be able to get it welded together? Apparently they only have a one year warrenty so I guess I'm just going to get a set of Megan SS Headers from Ebay.

If its a ceramic header, its mild steel. Anyone with a mig welder can weld it back together for you. Is the bottom portion still good?

yea the bottom part is fine...just the top piece cracked...ill take a pic later on today so you guys can see where it cracked.
