car jerks in the morning from reverse to drive

Quick update :
I was about to replace the back rear mount but found out that my kframe was loose on the transmission side. Bolt it back in properly and it made a big difference.
But now i seem to still have the occasional morning jerk ( a little bit) and the vibration after i decelerate or accelerate. The steering whel is not shaking though.
The vibration only happens in the morning. I'm going to check it again tomorrow..maybe tire or axle.
