Okay,I wanted to post this to gather some interest and conversations.

Problem: Once you convert your car to OBD1,You will need to also convert your 3wire obd2 IACV to 2wire obd1 IACV and rewire 2 wires on the ECU plug side.
In order for your idle to be correct and run correctly.

Idea/Plan:
Purchased: F22 Upper Intake manifold.

Purchased: obd1(f22) IACV-2 wire IACV

Obd1 ECU(p28 or equivalent converted vtec ecu)
OBD2B-OBD1 Conversion harness

Using the Honda-tech wire diagram thread:

Repin 2 wires on "B" plug

If my Idea is correct, please let me know. I know you can also do the blacktraxx adapter plate to buy less parts I suppose, but this seems easier.

I definitely have no idea if the f22 top plenum can go directly onto the f23's. That said even if it did it would restrict it. People use f23a1 intake manifold on f22.

Next. You don't have to repin a ANYTHING!! NOTHING NADDAA. All you do are connect the wires correctly. The iacv needs a ground from the ecu. Not a ground to the body. Then it needs a + charge from the ecu as well. I forgot the colors pick up the service manual and roll to the back and look it up.

Trust me get the adapter plate as well. I went with the rosko one i think thats how you spell it. Also buy that water/oil gasket sheet from autozone and trace the iacv before you put it on the adaper plate. Good luck.
