Engine Swap Questions

Im new to all this engine modifications. I have a stock 4cyl AT engine. I was thinking on swapping a H22 or a V6 engine into it....what do you guys recomend me on doing...cause I know that the h22 is going to be a lot more expensive..

I believe swapping a j30 will be A LOT more work

and fyi, swapping a v6 into a 6ga tht came with a 4 banger or vice versa is plain stupid...
