My CD player is giving me trouble.

I bought the car nearly a year ago and I have the stock stereo face. When I try to put a CD in the player it doesn't go in, and the eject button doesn't seem to do anything, and when I press the "CD" button it also has no reaction. Any ideas?

Either boken mech or elect, basically your screwed if it's electrical, but if it is mech...

Remove it, turn facing down, beat the dirt out.

The CD players in these cars are pretty fragile. I went through two single disc units before switching to the 6disc. On my 2nd one of those now.
