Davis, is the difference between the new poke number and the old/existing poke number equal to how much more your new setup will poke?

Yep, exactly. For example..

Existing 215 45 17 and 9 +30
New 215 40 18 and 9 +15

The existing poke is 84.3mm and new is 99.3mm, as you would expect with a 15mm difference in offset.

And Vlad, I'm not sure what factors it takes into account for the diagram but it shows that my 17x9 +30 setup is touching the coilover. But in reality, it's about an inch or more from it. Just follow the numbers.

Don't know the offset.. but got a set of 17x7 white motegi's given to me.

Anyone have a clue of how big of a tire I could fit on there? (width and profile)

They currently have 215/40s on them and they give me some horrible wheel gap.

hmmm i just tried this and it seems off...i tried my friends wheels on the other day 18x9.5 +18 battles and on the site it shows it will hit my coils but in reality there was about a inch or more room....

The pic is of MacStrut suspension, not Honda IFS. Stock wheels *hit* in that pic.

I had 17x9+38, on the test fit (w/o tires) the rim was a couple mm from the knuckle in front, you would not want them any closer. The way the knuckle curves out up to the BJ, I don't think you could fit an 18 that set in that far. The 215/45's were stretched and came fairly close to the knuckle, 225's might have rubbed.

Depends on your ride height and alignment specs.

But definitely roll fenders, relocate rear bumper tabs, and you most likely have to pull the rears.

And scrap the 25mm spacers for 10 or 15mm.
