so today i went to home depot and bought a ****e load of metal screws and some in sulation and really got that trunk setup screwed down/ it sounds a world better now and ut doesnt rattle at all back there... but the rest of the car... it rattlles so i gotta sort that out. the rear speaker setup definately aint working the way i have it. its just not sitting right, soas im typing this, i realize that the metal screws i got today will definately be lon g enough to hold the rear speakers in place.

ok, whats left to install is:

shift linkage
tranny
slave cyl
clutch line
axle
shift knob!

so really, nothing much. the hardest part no doubt was teh pedals. if youve ever tried installing pedals in a cramped space or tired fitting a master cyl from behind the firewall, youll know its not eassy at all. by getting the **** work done now, im braking the back of it. although technically i cant begin to drive the car til ater it gets back from the exaust shop.

ok so while im at it, here is the total list of parts ive bought for this project, i wont list prices but you can gestimate the cost of the project...

F23 5spd transmission
Drivers side CV axle
shifter mechanism with linkage
clutch master cyl
clutch slave cyl
clutch fluid reservoir
clutch pedal
brake pedal
gas pedal
clutch lines
Garrett T3-Super60
Tial 35mm wastegate
HKS SSQV Blowoff valve
Hallman manual boost controller
Flow matched DSM 450cc Black Top Low Impedance Injectors
CCA Intercooler (31"x6"x3", 2.5" inlet/outlet)
Compressor inlet flange
SSQV flange
Downpipe flange
Wastegate flange
Samco 90 degrees elbow
Spoolin performance custom manifold
Custom downpipe and dumptube
Stainless steel chargepipes
Chipped p28 ecu with crome
0bd2-obd1 conversion harness
225lph Fuel pump
XTD stage 2 clutch
XTD 10lbs flywheel
Revo Technica short shift adapter
Custom sized shifter arm
MOMO Phantom 1lbs shift knob
Autometer cobalt A/F ratio gauge
Autometer cobalt oil pressure gauge
Autometer cobalt boost/vac gauge
Vision Motorworks FPR and guage
Gauge pod

Oil feed/drain kit
Battery relocation kit
New clutch/flywheel bolts OEM
Blacktrax IACV plate
obd1 IACV

and...

OEM acura HID ballasts
Rebased H1 6000k HID bulbs

so there you have it. there will be more stuff i need to order like little fittings etc, and im probabaly getting some sort of catch can so well see. but thats it. damn, a lot of parts.

ok so as promissed, here are pics of the pedals installed. also just cleaned my car again. idk whats up with my camera, the color is all weird on teh photos.
