Disc Changer Scratches Discs

My dad forced a cd into my disc changer without pressing the load button. Now on every other disc the changer makes a terrible noise and spits out the disc leaving swirl shaped scratches on the data side. Is there a fix for this?

that made me laugh. why not just replace the entire thing. you can buy a nice head unit for less than 100 dollars if you shop around. who knows maybe your dad will pitch in since he broke it.
