No, i went to college there though. Almost ran over a guy standing in the middle of the road 2:00 in the morning one time. Newark is a pretty bad at night, i got used to the sirens and gun shots though. What road do they race on? My guess would be the industrial area by the junk yards.

put a bunch of 16,17,18 year old kids in a bunch of Civics at 1am on the weekend and you'll have problems. I used to drive through there if I was in the area. But lately it's been getting crazy out there. I'm sure it's like that in other major cities.
