Hi, I was wondering whats the most popular Install kit people have been going with, I've been looking around and kinda read problems with metra around the forums, I'm looking for the best fit and looks nice, I have an Alpine CDA-9847 if that makes any difference.

That's alot for your help.

I've used just about all of them!!! Lately I've been using Ai kits, since that's what one of the local stores is carrying. I've seen good and bad kits from all the manufacturers, not across the board.

I'm using the one Crutchfield gave me, no gaps at all. It fits perfectly, don't know the brand though.

Yeah. I'll take pictures right now and post them up in about 10 minutes.

Go to a specialty store!!! Many times I have friends that go to BB's or EE's and complain about the prices, I buy most kits for $15, where they charge alot more!! They've gotta make money some how!!
