Hey Got A Bunch Of Pictures From Hin But Alot Of Them Have Alot Of Spots Of Round Blurs Flying Around In The Background... Looked And Search On The Tutorial Sites But Had No Luck Or I Must Be Typing In The Search Wrong... So Any Help Would Be Nice

Healing brush tool or clone tool, depending on how bad and complex the area is that you need to fix.
