It says something about improving throttle response, so I guess it allows you to go to WOT more quickly. You can do that by tightening up the throttle cable on the stock rotor so that there's no slack in the line. This will improve throttle response, but I don't know how much.

I have it. It's a pretty big difference in throttle response. I did both, tighten and test. Then I put this on and tested. It's a big difference.

It physically shortens then turning ratio. My pedal doesn't even go to the floor anymore. If you have the $25, pick it up.

On my 4cyl, unfortunatly I did have to take off my EGR valve. Which isn't hard to do anyway, and is a perfect excuse to clean your ports. :D
