BUYER BEWARE!!! Skunk2 Coilovers!!

Well, last Friday I bought a brand new set of Skunk2 sleeves from a seller on eBay, and as of today I still hadn't heard anything from the seller. I got my usual payment confirmation, but nothing regarding shipping. So I called the seller (who I might add gave GREAT customer service, seller: JDM-in-stock) and I learned that their company has been going back and fourth with Skunk over the past week trying to get th some thing worked out because apparently Skunk had a huge run of sleeves shipped out that were defective, and all of the sleeves that they had in stock were from that run.

The seller promptly refunded my money PLUS $40 for my trouble!!

I just wanted to put this out there. I wouldn't buy the Skunk2 sleeves off eBay right now because there is a good chance that they might be defective.

The seller did tell me however that once the problem is resolved he'd give me a call and let me know.

In the mean time, I'll stay floating along in my boat.

not sure why you'd get skunk2 sleeves in the first place.

Because I don't have $900 to drop on full coilovers. Sleeves and HP's fit my budget.

might look into those now

Skunk2 springs and sleeve types are more stiffer and will blow any brand of shocks/struts faster than any comparing products.
