V1 > *.

Lifetime free upgrades too. At least that's what my bro got in the deal. Sickkk. Expensive but probably worth it when you buy your second detector later down the road.

The V1 goes off on every single signal; banks, automatic doors, and other bs things.

The 9500i blocks out the wack signals and the ones that it doesn't block out...YOU can block it out. It will remember it. And next time you drive by the area where you blocked out the signal, and theres a cop with a radar there, the 9500i will know that theres a new signal and alert you.

hot shieeet. V1. come get some.

True that. The V1 is overpriced for nothing that special. Didn't the Escort 8500 beat the V1 in Ka band range? I can recall that it did.

agreed. escort ftw.

however, I've heard about the new Cobra XRS-R9G Radar/Laser Detector. Suppose to be pretty badass and it cost as much as the V1 and offers more features then the V1.
Duno any pros and cons though. havent read up much on it.
