Ahhh Just My Luck! HELP!!!

Okay, well yesterday i did an o2 sensor by pass the one at the cat i got a CEL p0420, witch was about the cat, now since that light came on, the cat been making some crazy rattling sound and its just got worse today, so i bypassed the o2 and reset the ECU, CEL was off for maybe 1 day.

now i was at a red light and i went to go forward on the green light and all of a sudden BOOM!

my CEL comes on the Tranny light D4 is Blinking the car hardly moves, i shut down the car just to make sure that its not smoking or anything. i get back into the car i put the car into acc but one light isnt showing and that the BATT light. also when i pull the e-brake my Break light comes on, tell me my trunk and doors are open, everything in the car is dim.

does anyone know what the problem is?

I think thats the case. Someone else posted about ALL the lights coming on in his cluster, and sketch told him it was his alternator, so that sounds like the same alternator problem.

Yeah But My Car HARDLY MOVES! the tranny is shifting into gear hard,

It really sounds like the antenator.
But I'm not sure since he says the car barely moves. That makes me think it's the tranny. Especially if the D4 light starting blinking and the CEL came on.

the alt burntout a fuse and the fuse made the car go into a limp mode sooo back i got 6 codes! LOL

anyway the car is running good, just now i have to fix my cat,
