Anyone ever clean their IAC valve?

Has anyone here cleaned thier Idle Air Control Valve before on their 4cyl? I think it is time to clean mine, but I am not sure how to take it apart. I know it is on the throttle body, and I know I've asked about this before, but I can''t find the thread and I am hoping somebody has a DIY about it.

It's on the back of the intake manifold. Reach around right past the throttle body and you'll feel it there. Its two 10mm or 12mm bolts and some vacuum lines.

i'm still new to Accord since i just got it few weeks ago but for my 4runner, i cleaned what is called MAF (Mass Air Flow sensor) which was attached to my air intake. i cleaned it from dust and you could actual feel a better throttle from your vehicle. just a tip. =)

i think that will probably fix my idel problem what will you use to clean that or is it better to just bey a new one
