im sure it would. but idk how it would look down there. id have to see a picture of it actuallly on a car to decide.

if the fitment of the frame fits, then it's fine. the boot is basically leather.

and not a big fan of CF. not hood or fenders. but doors? i don't think it would matter by the weight. but we'll see.

I actually just saw an s2000 with carbon fiber doors, and it didn't look too bad. I believe that the CF doors would look better on sportier smaller cars, but IMO thats just my opinion.
