Our front sway bars are thick enough. Just get a TL-S rear sway bar, bushings, and brackets and be done with sway bars all together.

you also have the option of the comptech rear sway for the 04 tl as well. youll just need to get the braketing from acura. thats what im planning on doing. but yea, id say the front is big enough.

Try front upper strut bar, front and rear tie bars, I have a c-pillar bar(as close to a rear strut bar as we are going to get).

yea, get the neuspeed front upper strut tower bar (just bolts on, one piece, the less or no pivotal points, the better), the neuspeed front lower tie bar (i havent seen any others for a 6thgen?), and idk who makes a rear lower tie bar for 6th gens either. and c-pillar bars only fit in coupes, their isnt one for sedans........if you can even fine one for the coupes, i hear theyre a rare thing to come accross.
