Re: Nismo 370Z

I didn't catch what it's going to be priced at, but the last Nismo 350Z was way too expensive for what it offered. If this Nismo keeps in line with the GREAT value that the stock 370Z provides, then I'm diggin it.

But please tell me there's a "spoiler delete" option. Ew.

Other than that, I'm liking what I'm seeing. Not crazy about the headlights, mostly because I thoguht the maxima looked hideous when they first came out with a similar design. But the taillights are fine, IMO. All in all, I give it a thumbsup if they don't run the price tag up too much. (a la Mugen Civic Si)

Re: Nismo 370Z

I like how the side markers are Z emblems. My dad had a 280zx back in the day so I have a certain fondness for these cars. I'm also not a big fan of the headlights, but the overall side view is friggin sweet!

Re: Nismo 370Z

I like the Sport/Touring combo look. Nice car overall, best bang for your buck kick @$$ performance car on the market. In person, this car looks a lot different than the older Z - lower stance, wider and aggresive looking. Handles awesome.

Re: Nismo 370Z

Garbage. The little cut-in on the side of the headlights (though it does work for the tails) the ribs on the bottom of the airdam (stock 370), the "brushed aluminum" doorhandles (also from stock 370), are cues that simply look tacky and awful.

The rest of the car is an evolved, rounder and softened design left over from the unexciting 350 that to me looks mediocre at best. Interior is alright, and performance is sweet. Exterior-wise...can't believe Nissan is trying to pass this off as a Z.

1996 300ZX please.

Re: Nismo 370Z

i fell in love with those the first time i saw one.
i got a buddy thats a tech at nissan that got to drive one and he said they are pretty quick. but that was just a regular 370z but he is used to driving a 9 second elcamino.
