I thought the Nopi Nationals were in September at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Isn't this just a regional event?

There is always one in Tn also.. Its the smaller of the two.. Before it was held in Pegion forge, Tn until the cops decided it was too "wild" (cruisin, partys etc) and wouldnt let them back.. The past 2 years its been held in Bristol at the Track up there.. Now this year its being held in Knoxville.. Then again in Sept in Atlanta also..
