notoriousB over at E-H has CP pistons, crower rods, and has a full internal build up on his accord. he's got a build threat over there that has a bunch of useful info. *F1*

I thought darton made sleeves and all that for the f23
I just looked @ Darton's site and they only have sleeves, in the f series engine, for the f22 and f20.

how much do you plan on boosting? notoriousB is boosting 15psi with the stock block no problem.

You don't need sleeves unless you plan on shooting for over 20psi. CP makes pistons, you could try K20 low compression pistons (9:1), Crower makes rods or you can just reuse the stockers and have them repinned to the K20 pistons.

after seeing the carnage of notoriousBs engine first hand I'd highly recommend upgrading the rods and not repining the stock rods. the first that went on Brian's engine were the ringlands, and one of the rods bent a little. might as well upgrade so you don't have to do the work again.
