You will if you're wanting a lot of blue and a little white in getting 8000k. Quality on DDM is still great though, I recommend them to everyone. Nice username by the way haha.

8000K is legal in Van City?
I know here, the test is if the light shines blue on white paper, it's illegal, if it shines white, you're fine.
