my quote from dealer for TL-S sway bar...$200

so i go to my local acura dealer expecting to recieve around a $70 quote for the rear 2002 TL-S sway bar for my 99 accord sedan. my officail quote goes like this:

spring, rr $161.68
2 bush, rr $13.78
2 holder $3.58
4 bold-washer $5.76
2 133 nut (10 mm) $1.40

total after tax: $199.23

now maybe it's just me, but this seems a lil more than the $70-$80 investment ppl talk about. where did ppl on here get their and can they provide a link so that i can order from there?

also, does anybody have a list of the part numbers they purchased so that i will know i'm getting everything i need?

dammit, thats alot of money. I was thinking about getting one, too, but not for $200. Maybe people got them from a junkyard or something.

edit: oops, wrong thread, but yeah, that is a lot of money, so i'm wondering where ppl got theirs

for that i could just about get the comptech frong and rear sway bars

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHALOLOLOLOLO I was wondering when Acura would finally wise up and raise prices. You can get a brand new Comptech rear sway bar for around 110.

im not sure if a lot of people here have them, you could try v6p.net, i think ive heard of the stock TL bar more over then then i have here.

maybe you should try the various internet Acura oem dealers rahther than your

local dealer.

wow they are trying to rip you off big time. my dealer quoted me for 80 bux for all that stuff but i found it on ahmotorsports or something like that for like 65 for everything
