i want some rims with a nice lip 5 spoke bllack n chrome ....what kind of offset should i look for to get a nice lip

You can get a decent sized lip on a wheel with a regular offset. THe spokes will just go inward at the bottom. These are some rims i have laying around, 45 offset but the lip is still decently sized.
Now obviously a lower offset would look better and stand out more if you don't mind issues you may have. I'd say probably around a +35, even closer to +25 will give you the look you want with your wheels. How it looks on you car may be a different story though. If you are slammed you can probably pull it off. With a regular drop, it's probably not going to look right. But the style of a wheel is more important than the offset. But again, the lower the offset, assuming the style is right, the more "natural" the lip will look.
