My friend is an H22 swap expert for 4th gen Accords. Would it be difficult for him to do a 6th gen swap?

And does anyone know what ECU I would use for the Type-S/Euro-R? I don't really plan to tune it if I get it, just I/E.

ECU: you have two options:

A- stay OBD2 but you'll prolly have to do some change to your ECU harness since i think you are obdII-b and maybe the other is OBDII-A. After you should get the immobilizer bypassed if you want to start the car.

B- Buy a plug-and-play OBDII to OBDI conversion wire harness and run some P13 chipped. My choice.

And the H22 swap in a 6th gen is not so difficult. With M/T¸, you keep the H22's mid shaft and use both driver side and helper Accord shafts.
