Im not sure, but Ive heard that the intake manifold swaps, but if you can't get the whole manifold, the throttle body will swap. The valve cover won't swap because its a dual cam.

I heard about swapping the H22 head on the F23 engine base... but they said reliability is very poor because the F23 engine base isn't made to support high rpm like the H22...
Sincerly, you'd better to swap the whole engine if you want something reliable, decent power and a lot more fun.

you can get an extra 20-30 hp by port and polishing your head.

that's just what i was told about the port and polish from the shop. i'll see if i can find that information and post it for you. this place said they charged $525 for the pnp.
