Hey guys my accord is just full of problems I guess haha. What could be causing my rear running lights and trunk lisence plate lights not to work? All of my other lights work (headlights, blinkers, highbeams, brake lights) when I have my lights turned on...it could simply be the bulbs but why would they all go out at once? The connections look in tact aswell. Anyone encounter the same problem?

I have a 1999 Accord 4 cyl sedan LX 5spd

Seems more like a fuse problem, but nothing wrong with having an extra set of bulbs around for this type of thing so you can test that out as well.

be like it is
where the wire loom leaves the car and joins the trunk lid...start there.

Do your cluster lights and parking lights work? If no, check fuse eight on the passenger side door jamb fuse panel again (pull it out to check). Should read "small lights".
