Passenger window won't move

Today I was cleaning out my car and I went to go wash her and the passenger side window won't move. The driver's side windows works flawlessly. I have tried moving the window via both modules (the lever on the driver's side and the passenger side).

I know Honda is notorious for their regulators going, what should I do, what fuses should I pull? I'm kind of panicking, any help would be appreciated. I have a 02' coupe SE.

Ugh...I feel stupid. After pulling fuses and what not I realized the safety lock had been switched on (probably when I was cleaning the doors). Sorry about this post. :rock:
