This is on my 1990 Civic dx with it's d15b2 engine.

I am doing a headgasket on it and so far have removed the header, intake manifold, distributor, timing belt, wiring, hoses and headbolts. For the life of me I can't get the head off. I am not the strongest guy out there so I can't just break it free by hand. I may be missing something if anyone knows these engines really well can maybe help me if I missed something that is holding it.

So far i have tried crow bars and deadblow hammers. I actually wedged the crow bar between the head and the floor and sat the car down on it via jack and stood on the radiator support and it still won't budge....wtf am i doing wrong?

This isn't too urgent as I'm driving the STi while im out of commission but I need to get this head to the machine shop ASAP so i can get this car back on the road.

Thanks in advance.:147703263745b138a51

Been in that motor more times than I can mention on a civic i had had along time ago. I assume that you pulled all 10 head bolts? (not trying to be a smart @$$....)
