How low do you wanna go? You want just looks and comfy, harsh but handle good. Think about those for awhile.

Non-Adjustable Drop
Budget Moderate Drop: Eibach Pro Kit/Stock shocks - 200 bucks

Budget Agressive Drop: Neuspeed Race Springs/Kyb Shcoks - 300-400 (If you shop around)

Full Coilovers (The real ones, stay away from the fake coil over sleeves)
NonAdjustable Damper - OmniPower Coilover(650), TeinBasic(700), Apexi(500-If you can find it)
Adjustable Damper - Tein SS (800+), KSport(1000+), D2 (1000+)

This is by no means an exhaustive list, nor is the price exact. It's just to give you a nice base to approach your lowering. Make you you do some research and find out what's good for you.

Run some searches on this forum, and there are some great resources available on www.v6p.net, www.superhonda.com also. Good Luck

You really have to figure out if you want springs or coil overs. That's the main thing, then budget, then go from there.
