how much of a pain is it to mod a 2dr lip onto a 4dr. just seeing if its worth the hassle

not worth it since its cf u have to be extra careful when cutting it.

Yeah, i wouldn't do it with CF. Fiberglass, that's a different story as you can repair if you do mess up.
