2G TL side skirts

Im gonna be able to pick up a pair of OEM Acura TL sideskirts along with front lip. Would the side skirt off of the TL bolt up directly or would there be some slight modification be required??

sweet my buddy found a legit entire oem lip kit on a 2g tl at a jy asking price is 110 for the whole kit :)
