Translation - I'm looking to get some 18's by Feb, I'd prefer Racing Harts but are there any other brands you guys would recommend?

Go on craigslist. I found some in really nice condition for $300. It was awhile ago. Cosmetically decent, no bends, cracks, etc. I forget what model but it was a true 3 peice. Alittle time and they would be perfect, i just found something i liked better. Used is the way to go imo, especially if three peice as long as they only have minor cosmetic flaws.
