pics of non-lowered cars with rims

i'm thinking of getting some 17's with 215/45/17 tires on them.

i've been told this won't look very good without a drop, but i really don't have any desire to lower my car.

i was hoping for anyone with pictures of accords with rims that have not been lowered.

i have seen a few pics, but it's kind of hard to search for a topic like this.

i think these 17's look very good even without any lowering:

I don't like the look of having a bigger size rim without compensating it with a lower drop. It just looks a bit weird. But if you like it too each their own.

i really don't see what's so bad about this:

why is a drop considered so "necessary"?

or is that just something with this forum?

look man I would say save the money for the drop ans then save it for the rims to have 'em done both ate the same time (if you don't wanna drop it without rims). My is sexy but definetly look weird without a decent drop.

I bough my rims long time before I joined in here (I was a noob). But now I can sleep well 'til I give my lady the right drop.
